Liverpool and Arsenal are reportedly among the clubs to have made contact over a potential transfer move for Real Madrid forward Rodrygo Goes.

The Brazil international seems to be facing an uncertain future at the Bernabeu ahead of this summer, and he has suitors in the Premier League.

That’s according to a report from TBR Football, who name Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City as clubs interested in the unsettled Rodrygo.

The 24-year-old has not been at his very best recently, though he still has an impressive total of 18 goals and seven assists in all competitions for club and country this season.

Although Rodrygo can play as a striker or on either flank, it seems that versatility might not be enough to guarantee him regular playing time.

It could therefore make sense for the player to take this opportunity to leave Madrid if there are big clubs like Liverpool and Arsenal interested in him.

Should Rodrygo join Liverpool or Arsenal?

Rodrygo looks like he could fit in well at Liverpool, giving them either an upgrade on Darwin Nunez at centre-forward, or another option out wide.

CaughtOffside have been informed that Luis Diaz’s future is uncertain ahead of this summer, so Rodrygo could also be a good option to fill the void left by him on the left-hand side of the Reds’ front three.
